Refund Policy

We want you to love your order from Club Colors. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your item, under the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition and packaging.
- Returned items must not be washed, stained, damaged, or altered in any way.
- If the product is returned with signs of use or damage not caused by delivery, we cannot accept the return.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-printed or personalised items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
3. Return Process
Email support@clubcolors.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will send instructions for how and where to send your item.
4. Customer Responsibility
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- Please use a tracked service — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged due to delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. Items damaged by misuse or poor handling will not be accepted.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You’ll be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
